What delivery options do you offer?

We can deliver orders all over South Africa from Monday – Friday. There are three different options available for you to get your order delivered to you.

  • Courier service – This is the fastest delivery option. The Courier Guy will deliver your order straight to your door. During the checkout process, depending on the weight of you order and your location you can select the specific delivery you would like.
  • Post office service – You will need to collect you order from your nearest post office. You may need to wait a little longer for your order.
  • Self-collection – You can collect your order directly from our warehouse in Durban.

Can you deliver my order if I am overseas?

We certainly can! Currently our system doesn’t offer a delivery option for overseas or any international countries. Nevertheless, we are more than happy to deal with you individually. Simply send salesza@moringainitiative.com an email and let us know what you would like to order. We will then quote you on a delivery charge, payment can be made and then we will get the Moringa to you!

When will I get my order?

It depends on which delivery option you selected. Once we have received payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. This should be added to the estimated delivery days below.

The courier service option takes 1 to 4 working days. This depends on your location.

  • If you live in KZN, delivery will either be on the same day or the next working day.
  • If you are located in a main city centre, delivery will take 2-3 working days.
  • If you are located in a regional area, it could take up to 4 days.
  • Please feel free to contact us if you would like a more exact delivery estimate.

The post office option takes between 3 – 7 working days.

  • Once we have processed your delivery through the post office, we will email you your tracking reference. Don’t forget to take this, as well as your ID, when you go to collect your package.

The self-collection option is left up to you. You can collect your order the next business day!

  • Business days: Monday – Friday
    If you have placed an order over the weekend, dispatch will only happen on Tuesday.
  • We do the best we can in dispatching orders as soon as they come in. We then rely on the courier service to deliver your orders without experiencing any delays. Therefore, these lead times are estimates as we cannot guarantee exact delivery days. We are more than happy to assist you in giving more exact figures if you contact us.
Late deliveries
  • If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery times, please contact us so that we can check up on your order. Delivery times can be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road blocks, and traffic jams. This is not ideal, but is not a ground for a cancellation or a refund of your order.
How can I track my order?

Courier service:

  • Once we have received payment confirmation for you order, we will dispatch within 1 business day. The courier service will collect your order for delivery from our warehouse. We will email you once your order has been dispatched. Within that email we will attach your waybill number. You can then visit https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/tracking_home.php. Enter your waybill number and track your order!

Post office service:

  • Once we have received payment confirmation for your order, we will dispatch within 1 business day. We will post your order and email you your tracking number.
How can I pay for my order?

National:

  • Payments can be made via our secured payment gateway provider: PayFast. You will be able to select your preferred payment method. Payfast Instant EFT enables you to pay EFT payments that clear immediately. ABSA, FNB, Nedbank & Standard Bank are supported. You can also select the credit and debit card option.
  • If you are collecting from our warehouse, cash or Zapper payments will be happily accepted.

International:

  • If you have made an international order with us. EFT payments can be made into our bank account. Our banking details will be sent with your quote.
What will delivery cost me?

Courier service:

  • We offer free deliveries on all orders greater than R400 within South Africa.
  • The delivery cost will depend on where you are located and the weight of your order. During the checkout process, our system will automatically calculate the appropriate cost based on your delivery address.

Post office service:

  • This charge is based on the weight of your order.

National:

Guarantee

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

Please contact us immediately if you have either not received your order or the order has been damaged. We will do our best to rectify the situation accordingly. Our packing team has a high standard of quality control. So, if any goods have been damaged in transit we will happily replace them. Kindly send us email with a photo of the damaged goods attached.

 

If you would simply like to return goods, you can do so within 7 days of receiving them. It is up to you to pay for the goods to be couriered or posted back to us. The goods will only be accepted in the original packaging. Once we have received them we will issue you with a credit note. This will be subject to a 10% handle charge.
