Brownie ingredients
 500 g peeled sweet potatoes, chopped into cubes
 12 medjool dates
 6 tbsp raw honey
 100 g ground almonds
 2 tbsp melted coconunt oil
 100 g ground oats
 6 tbsp raw cocoa powder
 pinch salt
 pinch cinnamon
 1 tbsp moringa powder
Icing ingredients
 4 tbsp coconut oil
 4 tbsp any nut butter
 2 tbsp raw honey
 4 tbsp raw cacoa
 pinch of cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees (fan).

Boil your peeled and cubed sweet potatoes, until they are soft.

Pit your dates and add them to a small about of boiling water, for around 5 minutes. This helps with making them soft and easier to breakdown.

Add the soft sweet potatoes and dates in a food processor.

In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients.

Add the sweet potato and date mix to these ingredients.

Line your baking tray and flatten the brownie mixture onto the tray.

Cook the brownies for around 45-50 minutes. While you wait for the brownies, you can start to make the icing.

Melt all the ingredients together and place it in the fridge for 25 minutes.

Remove the brownies and let them cool before adding the icing.

Serve them up and enjoy.
